How we work

Five phases, always with the same people from start to finish.

  1. Process analysis

    We meet each department and map workflows, data and the points where time is lost today.

  2. Design and prototype

    We design the screens and have them approved before writing any code, so you can see straight away how it will work.

  3. Incremental development

    We release the software in stages: each department uses and tests it as it grows.

  4. Launch and training

    We migrate data from previous systems and train staff until they are fully self-sufficient.

  5. Support and evolution

    After launch we stay beside the company, with support, updates and new features as they are needed.
