Founder, Public Affairs and Institutional Communication
Enrico Celiberti
Some people do communication, others build relationships. Enrico Celiberti does both, and gets them talking to each other.
Creative by vocation and strategist by profession, he turns ideas, intuitions and encounters into concrete projects. The thread running through his entire career is the pursuit of beauty, of quality and of that distinctive value that makes Italian craftsmanship recognisable around the world.
A legacy that becomes a vision
It all begins with a family figure: his grandfather, Cav. Luigi Pezzarossa, an entrepreneur and publisher who understood as early as the 1960s that communication, relationships and good taste are levers of business. He conceived and published the Annuario delle Imprese Artigiane Italiane (Yearbook of Italian Artisan Enterprises) and numerous works devoted to Italian manufacturing. Enrico has taken up his legacy and translated it into today's language: marketing, communication, public relations.
From the reputation of people to that of brands
Meeting Lapo Elkann opened the chapter of social media and led him to the heart of what he is passionate about: image, positioning and reputation building. From there came communication for other public figures and political representatives, and continuous training that has made him a point of reference in institutional communication and the strategic management of social media.
Alongside this he founded and developed Visione Alchemica, one of Italy's leading blogs on personal growth and spirituality, which he still publishes today. From 2015 to 2018 he led the rebrand of a high-end gelato and pâtisserie brand, taking it to national and international recognition through distinctive, unconventional marketing. From 2016 to 2021 he founded and ran KFarm Studio, a communication and marketing agency in Brescia, with two partners.
Antara: since 2008, a project that grows with him
Antara was founded in 2008 as a workshop for communication, relationships and strategic initiatives, and has accompanied every stage of Enrico's career ever since: marketing, digital communication, public and institutional relations, coaching and training.
In 2022 Antara took the leap: it became a Political and Institutional Communication Studio with an operational office in Tunis as well, and positioned itself as a bridge between Italy, Tunisia and the wider Mediterranean.
Since 2026 Antara has been organised into three departments, born of meeting brilliant collaborators who bring their own expertise to each field and a perspective that complements Enrico's. Political and Institutional Communication remains the heart of the Studio: positioning, reputation and relations with institutions for political representatives, public bodies and organisations. Corporate Communication is dedicated to companies and brands that want to tell their story consistently, from strategy to visual identity and on into digital. The Software Development department designs and builds bespoke digital tools: platforms, applications and services that turn communication into practical working tools. Three different languages, one shared idea of quality: the one Antara has cultivated since 2008.
The Mediterranean as a playing field
In 2024, with Amec Studio, he created the Annuario Digitale delle Imprese Italiane in Tunisia (Digital Yearbook of Italian Businesses in Tunisia) for the Tunisian-Italian Chamber of Commerce, the Italian Embassy in Tunis and Com.It.Es. Tunisia. It is the family's publishing tradition reborn in digital and international form: a tool that connects businesses, professionals and institutions and creates new opportunities between the two countries.
Since that same year he has sat on the Communication and Information Committee of Com.It.Es. Tunisia, the elected body representing the Italian community in the country, where he works on information, listening to citizens and dialogue with the consular network and institutions.
As Head of Public Affairs at Delta Center he manages complex institutional relations with governments, chambers of commerce and international bodies, building tailored solutions for each counterpart.
In 2025 he edited Diplomazia della Crescita: Destinazione Tunisia (Growth Diplomacy: Destination Tunisia), the official guide produced for the Italian Embassy in Tunis and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

Today
Between Italy and Tunisia
He leads Antara together with a team of professionals who share his taste for work well done.
Beside those who change
Over the years Enrico has supported professionals, managers and political representatives in building their public identity, often at the decisive moments of a career: a transition, a new role, a step up in scale. He has designed and led training programmes for groups in Italy and abroad, refining a method that combines strategy with individual guidance.
Today
Enrico Celiberti leads Antara between Italy and Tunisia together with a team of professionals who share his taste for work well done, and works on request across different regions and settings. The Studio works with organisations, companies, institutions and international projects that have one thing in common: ideas and values to be turned into concrete communication, solid relationships, digital tools and real opportunities.
If you are reading these lines, you probably have a project that deserves to be told.
Let's talk.
